The 5 Step Experience
Booking your session is just the beginning.
Step 1: Booking your session
When you make your first enquiry with me, I will send you some pricing information as well as how to prepare for your session. However, I love talking to my clients on the phone about their goals for the session to see if we are a good match.
Step 2: The Pre Consultation
Once you have booked and paid for your session, we will schedule a pre-consultation to sit down together at either my studio or a location that best suits you and plan your session. Coffee is on me! However, if your are busy, like I know most parents are, we can discuss your session over the phone.
Step 3: The session
Yay! Your session date has arrived. Relax, enjoy and soak up the experience with your family! The goal is to not only create beautiful portraits but also a wonderful experience. When you look back at your photos, I want you to have the most pleasant memories from the day of your session. Light refreshments and beverages are included (we don't want anyone getting hangry!).
Step 4: The viewing & ordering appointment
Approximately 1 week after your session, you and your family will return to the studio for a viewing appointment. This is the moment that you will see your images for the first time. During your viewing session, you will select the images that you love and order your wall art and pay for your order. The best part is, you only buy what you LOVE!
Please keep in mind that selecting your images may take some time and very young children may get bored, so it might be best to find a baby sitter for the night. However, should you wish to bring the kids, I have facilities to entertain them. All financial decision makers must be present at the viewing and ordering session as purchases are made at the session. A second viewing session is at an additional cost.
Step 5: Collecting your printed products
Once your items have arrived, you will be contacted to collect your portraits and then all there is left to do is display and enjoy your family photographs.
